Resetting your password
Password recovery can be done by through the Console at https://console.glacier.chat/forget-password. To recover and reset your password you must know the username associated to the account.
Only users with email addresses associated to their accounts can reset their password. If you do not have an email address associated or if you forgot your username contact the Glacier subscription owner.
Resetting your password when using Single Sign-On (SSO)
If you’re using SSO to sign in to Glacier, you need to contact your subscription owner, they will be able to reset passwords for you.
