Logging in with Octopus Authenicator (MFA)

This feature is available ✔️ for: Plan: Enterprise Platform: iOS

Before getting started, verify the following requirements.

  1. Glacier Chat is installed on your iOS device.
  2. Octopus Authenticator is installed on your iOS device.
  3. Octopus Authenticator invite from your organization.

Setting up Octopus Authenticator

  1. Install the latest version of Octopus Authenticator on your iOS device.
  2. Open the "Welcome to Octopus Authenticator" email you received from your organization.
  3. Open the Octopus Authenticator app and tap Add under the Accounts section.
  4. On your iOS device scan the barcode inside the email or copy the enrollment code.
  5. Tap Done - your account is now ready.

Log in with Octopus Authenticator

  1. Install and open the latest update of Glacier on your iOS device.
  2. Tap Login with SSO.
  3. Enter in your email address in the Login box.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Tap Login.
  6. Confirm the notification from Octopus Authenticator.
  7. Once successfully confirmed, return to the Glacier app to complete the login.
